Claude Code adds MCP servers from the CLI. A single `claude mcp add` command registers SpendSignoff; the OAuth sign-in runs in your browser, and your connected accounts become read and draft tools in the session.
Claude Code is issued mcp.read and mcp.draft. It reads live data and stages drafts from the terminal; going live is a separate step in the SpendSignoff dashboard. This client is coming soon.
What it does
Register with `claude mcp add`
Run the CLI command pointing at https://mcp.spendsignoff.com/mcp. The server is added to your Claude Code config without hand-editing JSON.
OAuth from the terminal flow
Claude Code opens the SpendSignoff consent screen in your browser. You grant mcp.read and mcp.draft and return to the session — no pasted key.
Ask in the session, read comes back live
In a Claude Code session, ask about an account. It calls the read tools and returns live spend, ROAS, and pacing from Google Ads or Meta.
Drafts land in the approval queue
Request a change and Claude Code stages a typed draft into your SpendSignoff queue with the before → after diff. It cannot commit spend from the CLI.

Questions
When is Claude Code support live?
It is coming soon. The CLI `claude mcp add` flow is the planned setup; reads and drafts will behave exactly as they do in the other clients.
Will it be able to spend on its own?
No. Claude Code will hold read and draft scopes only. You approve every live change with a two-step confirm in the SpendSignoff dashboard.
